All-Inclusive Resorts With One Suite for Six, Eight or Ten
Twelve resorts where a family or a group of friends can share one suite or villa, not a row of connecting rooms.

Most all-inclusive rooms are built for two adults and perhaps two children. Once the party reaches six, the usual answer is two or three rooms along a corridor, and the trip quietly turns into a series of meeting points.
Some resorts sell a single suite or villa that sleeps six, eight, ten or more under one roof, with a shared living room and usually a pool or terrace of its own. They are hard to find, because booking sites ask how many guests are in each room rather than how big the largest room is.
The twelve below each have at least one category that takes six or more guests in one unit. Every room named here is a single suite or villa. Pairs of connecting rooms are left out on purpose.
How we picked
We started from the room categories in our catalog and kept the resorts where all-inclusive is the standard plan and children are welcome. We then ranked them by Palmprint score, our own rating of each resort across six categories.
The guest counts are the resorts' stated maximums. Most include children, and several set a separate limit on adults, so a group of eight adults and a family of four adults and four children may not fit the same room. Confirm your exact ages when you ask for a quote.
Maxx Royal Kemer Resort
A Presidential Villa sits above those. Its published capacity varies by source, so ask for the current adult limit before you plan around it.
Grand Velas Riviera Maya
Two bedrooms for eight people means some guests sleep in the living space, which suits a family with children better than eight adults.
Ikos Odisia
Four real bedrooms for eight guests is the most comfortable ratio on this list, which makes it a strong choice when the group is mostly adults.
Ikos Andalusia
For a smaller party, the Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite with private pool takes up to six, for example four adults and two children.
Pullman Maldives Maamutaa
The Two Bedroom Beach Pool Villa takes up to seven for a smaller group. Getting there means a domestic flight from Malé and then a speedboat, so price the transfer in early.
Rixos Premium Seagate
For a family of six on a tighter budget, the resort also sells two-bedroom Family Rooms and a Family Suite that sleep six, at 53 to 66 square metres.
Rixos Premium Belek
It is a large, family-forward resort on the beach at Belek, and one of the few here where a family of six can share a room without paying villa prices.
Cozumel Palace
It is the most compact option here, and a good fit for two couples with a child or two rather than a large group of adults.
Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana
Zoëtry Agua is small, quiet and wellness-focused. Children are welcome but there is no big kids' program, so it suits a family of adults, or grandparents travelling with older grandchildren, better than a group with toddlers.
Moon Palace The Grand Cancun
This is a very large family resort where the pools, food and activities do more of the work than the beach. For a family of six who want everything in one place, it is one of the simplest options on this list.
Blue Haven Resort
Blue Haven is a small resort beside a marina on Providenciales, so the choice of big suites is wider than the size of the property suggests.
Beaches Turks & Caicos
Treasure Beach Village opened in March 2026 and was designed for families and multigenerational trips. Several more suites sleep six or eight if ten is more room than you need.
Before you book a big suite
Ask for the adult limit as well as the total. A suite that sleeps eight often means four adults and four children, and resorts count teenagers differently.
Check the bed setup. A sofa bed in the living room is fine for children and less fine for a grandparent.

Fair questions
Are connecting rooms included in this list?
No. Every room named here is a single suite or villa. Connecting rooms can work well for a large family, but they are two separate rooms, usually booked on request, and the resort cannot always guarantee the pair.
Does sleeps eight mean eight adults?
Not always. The number is the resort's stated maximum, and most include children. The Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite at Ikos Andalusia, for example, takes six guests as four adults and two children. Confirm your group's ages when you ask for a quote.
Are any of these resorts adults only?
No. We limited this list to resorts that welcome children. Several adults-only resorts also have suites for six, which our resort search shows if you combine Adults only with the Sleeps in one room filter.
