About our information
It’s All Inclusive curates and scores all-inclusive resorts using publicly available information and our own editorial judgment. Resort details (amenities, inclusions, room types, dining, prices, availability, and ratings) change frequently and may contain errors or become out of date. Always confirm current details directly with the resort or your booking provider before you book or travel. We do not guarantee that any amenity, feature, price, or inclusion described here will be available during your stay.
Our scores and opinions
The “Palmprint” and any rankings, pros, cons, or recommendations are our editorial assessments based on the evidence available to us. They are opinions to help you compare resorts, not guarantees of your experience.
Affiliate and referral disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you book through them, we may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. A few are referral links instead: if you join a service through them (a miles shopping portal, for example), that service may credit us a reward such as bonus miles, and typically gives you a signup bonus too, again at no additional cost to you. This helps keep the site running. Earning a commission or a referral reward never changes our scores, rankings, or opinions.
Booking through us
On resort pages we offer to place the reservation for you. Those bookings are made through an ARC and IATA accredited host agency, with us as the selling agent. If you book this way, the resort or its supplier pays us a commission out of the rate it has already set. You are not charged a separate fee for using us. We make no claim that this rate is better or worse than booking direct or through another site: the price you see at the time of booking is the price, and you are free to compare it before you confirm.
This is booking help by email, not a concierge service. Our part ends when the reservation is confirmed. From then on the resort or supplier looks after your stay, the way it would if you had booked yourself, and their terms, cancellation rules, and privacy practices govern the booking. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you confirm.
Booking elsewhere
When you book through any other link on this site, you book directly with a third-party provider (such as the resort or a booking engine), and their terms, conditions, and privacy practices apply. We are not a party to that booking and are not responsible for reservations, payments, cancellations, changes, the conduct of any provider, or your stay.
