Why choose it

Large landscaped resort environment in Marrakech.
Two-pool setup supports both adults and families.
Family-friendly programming and kids club are well supported by official and guest sources.
Good option for travelers who want resort facilities plus access to Marrakech by taxi or shuttle.
Remote-work suitability is better than many all-inclusive resorts because Expedia specifically notes in-room Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly workspace.

Keep in mind

Not beachfront and not walkable to central Marrakech.
Rooms and bathrooms receive more criticism than the public areas.
Food and all-inclusive value appear more variable than pool and grounds sentiment.
Reddit coverage is thin, so community-sourced confidence is limited.

Why choose it

Beachfront setting on Agadir beach.
Recently refurbished public areas, rooms, bars, and dining concepts.
Large review base with recurring praise for staff, cleanliness, gardens, and pools.
Good family fit with RIU Land, kids club, activities, and all-inclusive ease.
Six bars and multiple dining concepts after the refurbishment.

Keep in mind

Some guests still report room noise, maintenance, or bathroom/privacy quirks.
Food and drink feedback is positive overall but not universally five-star.
Sunbed competition can appear in peak periods.
Not adults-only, so couples seeking a quiet child-free escape should compare with adults-only alternatives.
TripAdvisor and other third-party data may lag the 2025 refurbishment details.
