  1. Wooden terrace with dining area overlooking turquoise bay and iconic green peaks under cloudy sky at Jade Mountain.
    No. 1. Jade Mountain
    Soufrière, St. Lucia
    Five-star · Adults-only★ 4.7 (583)From $1181/night ppFive-star Palmprint 9.7/10

Extraordinary Piton and Caribbean Sea views from open-wall sanctuaries.

One of the Caribbean's true originals, adults-only 'sanctuaries' with no fourth wall and a private infinity pool framing the Pitons. There are no TVs and barely a reason to leave the room, though the organic chocolate lab and included diving tempt you out. Architectural, romantic, unforgettable. Best December through May.

  2. Private villa courtyard at Serenity at Coconut Bay with turquoise plunge pool, loungers, and pink cottage beyond palm trees.
No. 2. Serenity at Coconut Bay
    Eau Piquant, St. Lucia
    Five-star · Adults-only★ 4.9 (289)From $650/night pp

    Exceptional private-suite setup

Serenity at Coconut Bay is a couples-only enclave of plunge-pool suites beside St. Lucia's international airport, for a short luxury trip. It is about 5 minutes from Hewanorra, on the flat southern tip of the island, and shares its beach and its grounds with the much larger Coconut Bay resort next door. The Pitons are a day trip up the coast; the suite, the pool on its terrace and the butler are what you are buying.

  3. Private pool overlooking a dramatic piton mountain at Ladera Resort, with potted cactus in foreground and wooden railings framing the view.
    No. 3. Ladera Resort
    Soufrière, St. Lucia
    Five-star · Adults-only★ 4.6 (760)From $496/night ppFive-star Palmprint 9.3/10

    Exceptional Piton views

Ladera sits on a ridge above Soufriere with the Pitons filling the view. Its 37 suites are open on the fourth side, three walls and no glass, with a private plunge pool in every one. That design is the whole reason to come and the thing to understand before booking, because open walls mean birds, insects and weather come in with the view. Guests who knew that adore it. It is adults-only.

  4. Moroccan-style courtyard with arched colonnades, a central pavilion with green tile roof, manicured hedges, reflecting pool, and palm trees under clear blue sky.
    No. 4. The BodyHoliday
    Cap Estate, St. Lucia
    Five-star★ 4.6 (502)From $513/night pp

    Daily spa treatment included.

The BodyHoliday is a wellness all-inclusive on Cariblue Beach in St. Lucia, and its defining inclusion is a spa treatment every day. It has 155 rooms, three pools including a saltwater thalassotherapy pool, six restaurants, and a programme of fitness, yoga, tennis, golf and sailing, and it takes guests of twelve and over. The daily treatment runs 50 minutes and covers every day but the ones you arrive and leave on.

  5. White colonial-style building with terracotta roof and arched windows overlooks a rectangular blue pool surrounded by palm trees and loungers.
No. 5. Cap Maison Resort & Spa
    Cap Estate, St. Lucia
    Five-star★ 4.8 (187)From $485/night ppFive-star Palmprint 9.0/10

Excellent food, wine and service reputation.

Cap Maison is a boutique clifftop resort in the north of St. Lucia, for couples who book a hotel for its restaurant and its wine list. It has 49 rooms above Smugglers Cove, two restaurants, two pools and a house reef to snorkel, and all-inclusive is an optional package called Cap It All rather than the rate. The Cliff at Cap is why most guests are here, and the hillside layout, steps and all, is what to weigh against it.

  6. White stucco resort buildings with pergolas and balconies overlook manicured grounds and landscaping at dusk.
No. 6. Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences
    Labrelotte Bay, St. Lucia
    Five-star★ 4.5 (1,424)From $434/night pp

    Strong family and group fit

  7. Angled aerial along the beach to the over-water restaurant and hillside resort.
    No. 7. Sandals Halcyon Beach
    Castries, St. Lucia
    Five-star · Adults-only★ 4.5 (1,543)From $335/night pp

    Highly romantic low-rise beach setting.

  8. Aerial view of The Landings Resort and Spa on a forested St. Lucia hillside with turquoise lagoon, sandy beach, and Caribbean Sea beyond.
No. 8. The Landings Resort and Spa, St. Lucia
    Gros Islet, St. Lucia
    Five-star★ 4.5 (714)From $517/night pp

Spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom suites.

  9. Aerial of the curved golden beach, turquoise bay and hillside villas.
No. 9. Sandals Regency La Toc
    Castries, St. Lucia
    Five-star · Adults-only★ 4.3 (2,821)From $391/night ppFive-star Palmprint 8.6/10

10 restaurants and 8 bars included.

Sandals Regency La Toc is a couples-only resort on a hilly 220-acre estate near Castries, for couples who will trade flat ground for the view. It is about 75 minutes from Hewanorra, with ten restaurants, eight bars, three pools and a half-mile crescent beach below the hill. The hills are the appeal and the drawback at once: the views are why people book it, and the walking is real.

  10. Aerial of the resort on its narrow isthmus with Pigeon Island and the pier.
No. 10. Sandals Grande St. Lucian
    Gros Islet, St. Lucia
    Five-star · Adults-only★ 4.5 (3,438)From $906/night pp

    Excellent calm-beach setting

Sandals Grande St. Lucian is a couples-only all-inclusive on the causeway to Pigeon Island, for couples who want St. Lucia's calmest beach. The included activities are the most on the island. It sits at Rodney Bay in the north, about 90 minutes from the international airport, with twelve restaurants, seven bars, five pools and overwater bungalows on the lagoon. The transfer is long and included; the beach at the end of it is the reason the resort exists.

Plan the trip

Picking the resort is half the work; our St. Lucia travel guide covers the rest: when to go, weather month by month, safety and entry requirements, and how the areas differ.

How this ranking works

Every list on this site uses the same resorts, with the all-inclusive fine print read so you don't have to. The order weighs verified guest ratings, what's genuinely included at the base rate, and how each property performs on the thing this list is about: here, st. lucia five-star.

The seal next to a resort is its Palmprint: a 0 to 10 grade for how well it delivers on this list's promise, the same mark you'll find on its full profile. The details of what we weigh, and what disqualifies a resort outright, live in how we score. Lists are re-reviewed as ratings and policies change; this one was last checked October 2026.
