One of the Caribbean's true originals — adults-only 'sanctuaries' with no fourth wall and a private infinity pool framing the Pitons. There are no TVs and barely a reason to leave the room, though the organic chocolate lab and included diving tempt you out. Architectural, romantic, unforgettable. Best December through May.
