Who fits where at The BodyHoliday
All 6 categories, from the resort's own accommodations pages. The figures are the comparison: how many the room takes, against the most this property puts in any one key. Where a category carries no figures, the resort does not publish an occupancy for it, which at villa tier usually means it is set when you book.
| Suite | Occupancy | Bedrooms | Aspect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo Garden View Room | Not published | 1 bedroom | Garden |
| Garden View Room | Not published | 1 bedroom | Garden |
| Ocean View Room | Not published | 1 bedroom | Ocean |
| Ocean Front Room | Not published | 1 bedroom | Oceanfront |

Occupancy is the maximum published occupancy including rollaways, not comfortable occupancy. Categories and occupancy change with renovations, and connecting rooms are usually request-only, so confirm when you book.

Before you book
Ten things the research turned up about The BodyHoliday that the brochure does not say.
The BodyHoliday is a true all-inclusive wellness resort.
Its defining inclusion is the daily 50-minute spa treatment, excluding arrival and departure days.
This is one of the strongest wellness all-inclusive products in the Caribbean.
It allows guests 12 and older, but the experience is adult-oriented and not family-program-forward.
Hidden tips
Pre-plan spa treatments and classes before arrival when possible.
Book TAO or Cariblue Windows early because guests consistently recommend reservations.
Budget separately for specialist treatments and I-TAL or other premium experiences if they are not in your package.
Things guests wish they had known
The resort has a learning curve around spa and activity scheduling.
Daily spa treatments are included, but specialist upgrades are extra.
It is wellness-focused rather than a conventional indulgent party all-inclusive.
Most loved
4 themes- Daily included spa treatments
- Fitness and wellness programming
- Solo-traveler and social atmosphere
- Staff and service
Most complained about
4 themes- High price
- Some rooms feel basic
- Webroom or pre-planning friction
- Some food or beach-service inconsistency
Recent Reddit feedback is strongly positive among wellness-focused travelers, especially for included treatments, classes, food and solo-traveler programming; caveats focus on price, schedule planning and whether the wellness emphasis suits the traveler.
The rate, and where to check it
Our tracker samples real rates for a two-adult, 7-night stay on a rotating schedule, so the number below is a checked price with a date on it, not a teaser. The channels underneath price the same stay; a few minutes across them is routinely worth a night's rate.
Per-person figures assume two sharing. Taxes and fees vary by channel, so compare the final screen, not the first one.

Dec to May
Temperature barely moves here across the year, so rain is the whole decision: the wet months run Jun to Dec. Hurricane season is real here: about 1 in 3 Augusts sees one pass within 100 miles, most recently Beryl in 2024.

Odds count the complete years, 1980 to 2025, in which a hurricane passed within about 100 nautical miles of St. Lucia, the nearest point in the NOAA and IBTrACS records to this resort. Two storms in one month still count that year once. How the hurricane belt works

Bringing the kids to The BodyHoliday
What decides whether a resort works with children in tow, answered from what the resort publishes rather than from the brochure.
- Kids' club
- No kids' club
- Teen program
- Not offered
- Heated pools
- Yes, year-round spa/pool operation
- Beach for young swimmers
- Entry varies along the beach
- Dinner reservations
- Needed at some restaurants
- Does The BodyHoliday have a kids' club, and from what age?
- No. The BodyHoliday doesn't run a supervised kids' club. Plan on parent-supervised play.
- Are the pools at The BodyHoliday heated?
- Yes: pool heating is confirmed, running year-round spa/pool operation. That matters most December through February, when unheated pools in the region can be too cold for small children.
Taking a group
Excellent for wellness retreats, solo-traveler groups and active adults; not a party resort.
- Private dining & events
- Bookable
- Nightlife
- Low-key, quiet by late evening
