About Cap Maison Resort & Spa
Cap Maison is a boutique clifftop resort in the north of St. Lucia, for couples who book a hotel for its restaurant and its wine list. It has 49 rooms above Smugglers Cove, two restaurants, two pools and a house reef to snorkel, and all-inclusive is an optional package called Cap It All rather than the rate. The Cliff at Cap is why most guests are here, and the hillside layout, steps and all, is what to weigh against it.
Guests praise The Cliff at Cap and the cooking, the Naked Fisherman down on the beach, the quiet boutique atmosphere and the service, and the large suites and villas with their private pools. The complaints are the cost of food, drink and transfers outside the package, the exclusions inside it, the steps and hillside layout, and a calm that will not suit anyone wanting an evening out. The Cap It All package covers a la carte breakfast, a three-course lunch and a three-course dinner at The Cliff at Cap or The Naked Fisherman, named premium spirits and house wines by the glass, Wi-Fi, and the kayaks, Hobie Cats, paddleboards, windsurfing and house-reef snorkelling; artisanal cocktails, Champagne by the glass, bottles of wine, the spa, gratuities and the transfer from Hewanorra sit outside it, and room service carries a tray charge. The Oceanview Suite with Pool and Roof Terrace is the signature room and the Two Bedroom Villa is the family one.
