Hotel transportation
Airport transportation has published fares; qualifying direct bookings can instead receive a round-trip transfer benefit.
The official hotel FAQ lists MXN 1,500 one way and MXN 2,940 round trip. These are published fares, not live quotes; confirm the pricing unit, passenger allowance and current total. The direct-booking benefit applies only when your reservation qualifies.
The Fiesta Americana Travelty offer explicitly includes Live Aqua Cancún for website bookings of at least 4 nights per room and excludes Hotel + Flight packages. Reserve transportation using the instructions in your confirmation email, provide flight details and confirm the submission deadline. For paid service, the FAQ does not state whether the quoted price is per vehicle or per person, or whether the ride is shared or private; confirm the group total, vehicle capacity, child seats and pickup instructions.
