Le Blanc Los Cabos is an adults-only resort of 355 rooms outside San Jose del Cabo, and the spa is the point of it. The hydrotherapy circuit inside 13,000 square feet of spa comes with the rate, treatments do not, and the main and infinity pools are heated to thirty degrees through the winter. Suites run from 54 square metres to 192, and butlers come with all of them.

The one thing to settle before booking is the ocean. This is the Los Cabos corridor, where the surf is heavy and the shelf drops away, and the beach here is not a reliable place to swim. Guests who arrived expecting one say so plainly, and it is the resort's most common criticism. What is genuinely included is unusually complete: top-shelf spirits at every bar, the in-room minibar and liquor dispenser, room service around the clock, gratuities and resort-wide Wi-Fi. The seven restaurants take reservations, so use the app or your butler on the first morning rather than the third.
