Top 10 Five-Star All-Inclusive Resorts in Jamaica

Jamaica's five-star all-inclusives are the flagship end of an island that helped invent the format: the Rose Hall corridor outside Montego Bay with golf, great houses and calm reef water minutes from the airport, Negril's seven-mile beach with the sunsets, and Ocho Ríos' gardens, waterfalls and private coves to the east. What sets the top tier apart here is the service culture and the plan, which at the best properties covers the à la carte rooms, the premium bar and the water sports without a surcharge.

Plan the trip

Picking the resort is half the work; our Jamaica travel guide covers the rest: when to go, weather month by month, safety and entry requirements, and how the areas differ.

How this ranking works

Every list on this site draws from the same catalog: resorts we've individually researched, with the all-inclusive fine print read so you don't have to. The order weighs verified guest ratings, what's genuinely included at the base rate, and how each property performs on the thing this list is about: here, jamaica five-star.

The seal next to a resort is its Palmprint: our 0–10 grade for how well it delivers on this list's promise, the same mark you'll find on its full profile. The details of what we weigh, and what disqualifies a resort outright, live in how we score. Lists are re-reviewed as ratings and policies change; this one was last checked September 2026.

Frequently asked questions

Where are Jamaica's luxury all-inclusives?

Mostly along the north coast. Montego Bay's Rose Hall strip has the flagships closest to the airport; Negril has the long beach and the slower pace about ninety minutes west; Ocho Ríos has the gardens, waterfalls and private coves about the same distance east. All three share the December-to-April season.
