Is the nightlife inside the resorts or off property?
Mostly inside: Punta Cana's biggest properties run their own clubs, casinos, and late bars, which is exactly what this list ranks. Off-property bar and club zones exist around Bávaro and downtown Punta Cana; resort-arranged transport is the sensible way to sample them.
