Preferred Club adds a private lounge, private pool and private beach areas, but the base resort is still fully all-inclusive.
Juanillo Beach is beautiful, but sargassum can materially affect the beach experience in some periods.

Take a dip into our expansive Main Infinity Pool and relax your body in our two outdoor hot tubs. Preferred Club guests have exclusive access to the private Preferred Club Pool. All of the pools contain chlorine. Pools are not heated. ** Note: The use of drones or artifacts that fly or float in or on the premises of Hyatt Inclusive Collection hotels is strictly forbidden, except for those that have written authorization from the General Management of the hotel.
