For an elevated experience, Preferred Club guests enjoy exclusive access to the private Preferred Club Pool and its dedicated Swim-Up Bar. All pools are maintained with chlorine for your comfort. To complete your experience, soothe your senses in our inviting outdoor hot tub.

Southwest Cozumel beach with calm Caribbean water and reef/snorkeling access; seasonal sargassum risk is generally lower than mainland Riviera Maya but still possible.
