Kudadoo is one of the rare Maldives resorts where the all-inclusive concept genuinely extends into spa, private dining, excursions and many water activities.
The resort is extremely small and quiet with only 15 overwater residences.
The undersea restaurant at nearby Hurawalhi is specifically identified as an additional-cost exception.
Hidden tips
A shorter three- to five-night stay may be enough for travelers who want more dining variety or social energy.
Use the included spa and private activity access actively; that is where the high nightly rate becomes more defensible.
