It has 319 suites, seven restaurants and six bars, an infinity pool, that lazy river and a children's water park, with a beach shared across the Rose Hall complex and Iberostar Waves next door open to guests. It is the Suites rather than the Grand, which is a separate resort with a history of its own.
Guests praise the pools and the lazy river, the size of the suites for a family, and the kids' club and the water park. The complaints are a club or timeshare pitch that comes up often enough to expect, restaurant reservations, and a beach with seaweed and swell that is the weaker half of the resort.
