Thank you so much for staying at your resort. It was wonderful! We traveled with a small child and this place was perfect for us. Very clean, good food in the restaurant, safe and most importantly, lovely people. We've never been to a hotel where the staff was 100% so friendly! Thanks again to Mari ...
This place is beautiful. Really breathtaking and the food was delicious! I was a little annoyed by the reception. I know it could be cultural communication differences but I have called several times to ask about using the pool and then when I get there I got different info. I was told by the gym Bo...
The hotel’s location in Nyali offers beautiful beach views, the rooms are spotless and thoughtfully designed, and the food is fresh and tasty, although the menu lacked variety. However, what truly overshadowed the experience was the reception staff. They were unfriendly and unaccommodating, I was la...

The line between “all-inclusive” and “all-inclusive except the good stuff” is where trips get expensive. Here's what's genuinely covered — and what still costs extra.
Inclusions change and vary by room category and season — always confirm with the resort before booking. How we verify this.
Where you'll actually spend the week — how many places there are to eat and drink, what the pool scene offers, and what the water in front of the resort is really like.
TripAdvisor guest evidence references buffet lunch/dinner plus Italian and fish restaurants; extra charges may apply at specialty venues.
Official welcome page verifies the pool and daily operating hours; no lifeguard is present.
Beachfront Nyali/Mombasa setting. Indian Ocean swimming can vary with tides and reef conditions; guest consensus praises the beachfront and pool more than snorkeling.
Venue counts come from the resort's own pages; beach conditions draw on monitoring data and consistent traveler reports — the sea doesn't read press releases, so treat seasonal notes as odds, not promises.
