The beach itself
Pacific coast, Mismaloya Beach in a jungle-fringed cove within Bahia de Banderas. The bay dampens large Pacific swells, but waves can still build to moderate; resort uses a flag system. Beach entry is sandy and gradual. Shore snorkeling possible at the south end with coral and fish visible close in. Sargassum does not affect Pacific Mexico.
