This is a big deal — Park Hyatt has never done all-inclusive before. Their first attempt is in the Riviera Maya with enormous rooms (the smallest is 550 sq ft) and the kind of understated luxury Park Hyatt is known for. Starting at $1,500/night, it's not cheap, but for the brand's first all-inclusive it'll likely be polished to perfection. Book early — first-year pricing is always the best you'll ever see.

We enjoyed our short stay. It was everything we wanted. A good place to relax. The food was amazing. They were very careful when it came to food allergies/intolerances. It was a bummer that we could not bathe in the beach but that’s nature for you and we are know this happens a lot in the Caribbean....
