before you go
Commercial guests fly PLS (or XSC), then a complimentary ~20-minute daylight-only hop to the private strip; arrive PLS early enough for a 4pm island cutoff.
The stay is truly remote:1,100 acres, no town, golf carts for getting around.
Motorized boats, spa treatments, reserve wines and most private dining are extra.
Hidden tips
Book VIP arrival handling at PLS if you want to shorten the FBO wait.
Ask for bungalows #5+ if a wide beachfront panorama matters.
