Top 10 All-Inclusive Resorts in Croatia

Croatia is the Adriatic done right: a limestone coast of walled Venetian towns, pine-fringed pebble coves, and water so clear it looks rendered. The Makarska Riviera, an hour south of Split, carries much of the resort supply under the Biokovo mountains. The Dalmatian islands, Brač above all, have the best swimming. Istria in the north is closer to Venice than to Dubrovnik in food and feel, and the Zadar coast has the national parks within a morning's reach. Pack water shoes: the beaches are pebble and rock shelf, which is what buys the clarity.

All-inclusive is a smaller slice here than in Turkey or Greece, since Croatia leans hotel-plus-konoba-dinners, so the list below is short by design and ranks the resorts that do it by real guest ratings, our score breakdowns, and plan generosity. Plan the trip

Picking the resort is half the work; our Croatia travel guide covers the rest: when to go, weather month by month, safety and entry requirements, and how the areas differ.

How this ranking works

Every list on this site draws from the same catalog: resorts we've individually researched, with the all-inclusive fine print read so you don't have to. The order weighs verified guest ratings, what's genuinely included at the base rate, and how each property performs on the thing this list is about: here, croatia.

The seal next to a resort is its Palmprint: our 0–10 grade for how well it delivers on this list's promise, the same mark you'll find on its full profile. The details of what we weigh, and what disqualifies a resort outright, live in how we score. Lists are re-reviewed as ratings and policies change; this one was last checked September 2026.

Frequently asked questions

Where in Croatia are the all-inclusive resorts?

Mostly Dalmatia: the Makarska Riviera south of Split is the best-value stretch, the islands off Split have the clearest water, and a few sit up on the Zadar coast or across in Istria. Dubrovnik itself has almost none; the Elafiti islets just offshore are the closest option.

When is the best time to visit the Croatian coast?

June and September are the sweet spots, with July and August for the full beach season and the full crowds. The season runs May to October. There are no tropical systems; Adriatic summers are dry and dependable.
