Centara Ras Fushi is an adults-only island 15 minutes by speedboat from Male, for couples who want a house reef without a seaplane. There are 140 villas, four restaurants, three bars and two pools, and the resort takes guests of eighteen and over. The lagoon and the reef are the reason to come, and the meal plan comes in tiers, so the rate you book decides how much of the island is included.
Guests praise the lagoon and the snorkelling, the food variety and the value of the Premium All-Inclusive plan, the overwater and beach villas, and the staff. The complaints are transfer timing and waits at the airport, service that varies between restaurants, thin things to do on a longer stay, and premium activities that cost extra.
