The blue Sun Neptune is an exceptional hotel considering it’s three stars. Personally I would rate it similar to 4 star hotels. The staff absolutely made the experience. We arrive late due to a flight delay and at 11 pm the staff at reception had kept a dinner to the side for us and reopened the res...
Lovely hotel. Nice setting on waterfront. Friendly atmosphere and polite Staff. Very nice easy walks from hotel. No need to rush to get a sunbed, there are plenty. The hotel was quiet no noisy people. Different nationality very friendly overall.
One of the best hotels in Croatia. Despite only being a 3-star hotel, it offers more than other 4- and 5-star hotels. The location, delicious food, and excellent service are superb. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back.
Really nice bed! The cleaning lady did a fantastic jobb. I lived here with my son in room 520. It was a silent room. It did not have a nice view but I rather choose the silent room. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. To be able to make all the different dishes with such a high quality for soo ...
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Stay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Angela at reception went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The manager was also w...
The line between “all-inclusive” and “all-inclusive except the good stuff” is where trips get expensive. Here's what's genuinely covered — and what still costs extra.
Inclusions change and vary by room category and season — always confirm with the resort before booking. How we verify this.
The right room is personal — a swim-out for the pool people, a top floor for the view people, two real bedrooms and two baths for families who like a little distance. Here's the lineup from the resort's own accommodations pages.
From the resort's own accommodations pages — categories and occupancy change with renovations, and connecting rooms are usually request-only, so confirm when you book.
Where you'll actually spend the week — how many places there are to eat and drink, what the pool scene offers, and what the water in front of the resort is really like.
Official all-inclusive service includes breakfast, late continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner; drinks are included with meals.
Booking/OTA sources support a large outdoor pool and children's pool; exact pool count should be manually checked against the current official amenity page.
Beachfront/near-beach Adriatic location by the long Tučepi pebble beach; water shoes are commonly recommended for Croatian pebble beaches.
Venue counts come from the resort's own pages; beach conditions draw on monitoring data and consistent traveler reports — the sea doesn't read press releases, so treat seasonal notes as odds, not promises.
A family week turns on the details brochures skip — whether the kids' club is genuinely supervised, who watches the baby on date night, and whether four of you fit in one room. Here's what we've verified.
Kids-club ages are supported by older Bluesun/slide source; current official age range should be manually confirmed.
Yes — Bluesun Hotel Neptun - All Inclusive runs a supervised kids' club for ages 4–12. Drop-off starts at age 4 — younger children need babysitting or a parent alongside. Hours and age bands shift seasonally, so confirm before booking.
The water is swimmable with some waves, and the entry varies along the shore.
No — restaurants at Bluesun Hotel Neptun - All Inclusive are walk-in, which with tired kids is worth more than an extra venue.
Kids' club ages, hours, and babysitting availability change seasonally — confirm with the resort before booking.

Property-specific Reddit coverage was thin; Reddit search was performed and broader Croatia all-inclusive discussion suggests travelers should choose this style of resort for convenience and family value rather than luxury-resort immersion.
Recent guest commentary notes some double rooms are not suitable as separable twin setup for older children.
Core product with balcony and all-inclusive board; value depends on live rates and view supplement.
Best evidenced option for families because OTA listings identify two-bedroom annex-family inventory.
